SMS Terms

These terms apply to the Riley Messaging private conversational SMS program.

Program

The program provides user-requested conversational replies and occasional non-explicit, non-marketing companion check-ins to one pre-authorized adult participant.

Consent and frequency

You opt in voluntarily by sending START to the privately provided program number. Message frequency varies based on your conversations and settings, typically fewer than 10 messages per day. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. The mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for program assistance. After opting out, no further SMS will be sent unless you voluntarily opt in again.

Acceptable use

Do not use the SMS program for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, unsolicited, pornographic, or sexually explicit material. The operator may suspend messaging to protect the service or comply with carrier requirements.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Mobile networks and infrastructure providers may delay, filter, or interrupt delivery.
