The service may process the enrolled mobile number, incoming messages, generated replies, delivery metadata, opt-in status, opt-out status, and operational logs needed to provide and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the enrolled participant, respond to their requests, deliver requested messages, honor consent choices, prevent misuse, and maintain the service.

Service providers

Telephone delivery and message transport use communications and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service. Information is not sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

Operational information is retained only as reasonably needed for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and compliance. Access is restricted to the service operator and the providers necessary for delivery.

Your choices

Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent. Reply HELP to request assistance or ask about access, correction, or deletion of program information associated with the enrolled number.

Children

Riley Messaging is not offered to minors and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
